Supporting Families in Transition with The GardenWorks Project

This May, the Ergoseal team and their family members fought hunger from the ground up with the GardenWorks Project, which promotes suburban agriculture to improve the wellbeing of communities and the environment, and support families facing food insecurity. We refreshed old and planted new garden beds for a Glen Ellyn apartment complex that houses families in transition, often who are single parents. Working alongside these families, we had a wonderful time developing suburban agriculture and contributing to our local community.
